Shipping and Handling Fees

For online orders, shipping is based on the dollar amount of your order, as follows:
Most orders will arrive within 2-4 weeks. Some custom orders may take a little longer due to the demand. We make most of our products when you order them so they are made especially for YOU. Check product descriptions. If you have a special need, please let us know!

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Our items will be shipped from our engravers, monogrammers, and other vendors. Orders placed may not arrive at the same time. Most orders will arrive within 2-4 weeks. REFUNDS

If a refund is needed, we will refund your order via Paypal, if an error on our part. Due to their personalized nature, our products are non-returnable, and non-refundable.

RUSH ORDERS

If you need your item rushed, we will make every effort to accomodate your needs. PLEASE email us PRIOR to ordering to work out RUSH orders. There maybe an additional RUSH charge applied. We may not be able to fulfill rush order requests.

MONOGRAMMING INSTRUCTIONS:

Type in the initials in the following order:

First Initial, LAST Initial, Middle Initial

Example: VSE

2. SINGLE INITIAL

Type in the initial
Example: B

3. NAME
Example: Charles

4. NATURAL INITIALS

On our site, sometimes we requires the NATURAL INITIALS for the item. Please use the natural way the person's name appears.

For example: Charles Michael Smith would be CMS.

*You will see on the product page the words NATURAL INITIALS if this is required.

*We are not responsible for monogramming initials in the wrong order, unless it is an error on our part, in which we will gladly send a replacement as soon as possible. Please use First, LAST, middle initial unless specified on the product page.

Product Information:

Crystal:
Our Glass Artists engrave your gift selections by hand. Accordingly, some variation is to be expected between pieces - and this actually enhances the uniqueness of your gift! Based on their long experience and extensive training, our artists always use their best judgment in selecting engraving styles and placement positions suitable to the item being decorated. Monogram with crystal is shown on piece.

Silver Jewelry and Accessories:
All jewelry shown is genuine .925 sterling silver unless specified otherwise. Our gifts that are engravable (flask, sterling baby cup, pocket knife, cake knife and server set, coasters, yoyo, napkin rings and other items) are nickel plated to prevent tarnishing!!
If you do not specify the length on your order, a bracelet will be sent in our standard 7” and a necklace in our standard 16” length.
Women's monograms are automatically engraved in the interlocking font unless specified otherwise in the drop down menu choices. All jewelry comes in the interlocking, circle, and times block monogram fonts for monograms, and the cursive, Victoria, century, and greek for writing unless specified.

*Certain products can only be monogrammed in certain fonts. Please check the description and contact us if your font is not listed with an item. We will happily work with special requests if at all possible!!

*We can not be responsible for items in regards to choking or injury.

Policy:

Our gifts are custom made for you…unfortunately, we can not accept any returns on our items. If you have any questions about an item, prior to ordering, please contact us!! We will answer all questions within one business day, or sooner!!

Most items are shipped within 2-4 weeks, usually sooner! Please notify us if you need us to rush an order. A rush charge may apply. Please prepare for holidays, special times of year, and seasons accordingly. Our shipping times may vary during this peak time.
